Intelldiary is built as a private intelligence diary. Your thoughts are personal, and we designed the system so that you — and only you — control your data.
This page explains how your data is protected, where it is hosted, and what access exists (and does not exist).
Where Your Data Is Hosted
Intelldiary is built and deployed on Replit, a modern cloud development and hosting platform used by thousands of developers and companies worldwide.
Replit provides: Secure cloud infrastructure, Audited security controls, Encrypted secret storage, and Isolated application environments. Intelldiary runs on this infrastructure and adds application-level privacy protections on top of it.
Infrastructure Security
The platform provides secure cloud hosting on major cloud infrastructure, encrypted connections (HTTPS) for data in transit, logical isolation between applications and users, encrypted storage of secrets (API keys, database credentials), and audited security controls aligned with industry standards (such as SOC 2). This means the environment your data runs on is designed with security as a foundation.
Admin-Free by Design
There is no admin panel for browsing user entries. There is no manual access to individual diaries. There is no moderation or review of personal content. There is no internal dashboard that allows staff to read user data. Your entries are accessible only through your account credentials.
Who Can Access Your Data
Your diary entries are private to your account. Intelldiary staff do not read, review, or analyze individual user content. There is no employee or third party with browsing access to your personal entries. Automated systems may process your text only to provide the service you requested (for example, generating reflections or summaries), and not for human review.
Data Ownership & Control
Your entries belong to you, not Intelldiary. Your data is not sold. Your data is not shared with advertisers. Your data is not used to build marketing profiles.
You can: Create entries, Edit entries, Delete entries, and Request full account deletion. When data is deleted, it is removed from active systems according to our retention policy.
Automated Processing & Data Usage
Intelldiary uses automated intelligence to help you reflect and gain clarity. Your entries are processed only to provide your personal insights. Your data is not used to train public models. Your diary is not shared with other users or external audiences. The system exists to serve you, not to observe you.
Logging & Internal Visibility
Intelldiary is designed to minimize internal data exposure: Personal diary content is not stored in application logs. Error logs focus on technical issues, not personal text. Access to production systems is restricted. This reduces the risk of accidental exposure.
Payments & Third Parties
If you subscribe, payments are handled by trusted third-party payment providers. Intelldiary does not store your full payment details. Only the minimum information required to operate the service is used.
Transparency & Trust
We choose infrastructure, architecture, and product decisions that support that belief — even when it means moving slower or building more carefully. If our approach to privacy ever changes, users will be informed clearly and in advance.
